Major Life Updates!

Hi there, this is Margarita speaking writing.

Currently in front of my desktop sipping a large cup of iced coffee and randomly thought of checking out this aged blog. Reading my previous posts made me reminisce on the good times (& also, how have I got so much time to blog back then?!)

So yep, almost 4 years has gone by and I would like to update this blog with major life updates that happened to me and my twin sister that involve the things I could think of as of the moment (lol, I might update if I forgot something and had the time to like really update)


So here it goes...

1. We both applied and got accepted in an executive search firm based in Makati. 
2. We got Excellence Awards by the end of 2016.
3. I enrolled myself in graduate school to take up Master of Arts in Psychology while Twin focused on her career in human resources.
4. I found out that my long-time boyfriend and I were expecting our first child.
5. Moira went to Japan and Taiwan in a span of 3 months.
6. I graduated from my Masters (and actually was able to walk in heels on stage, yay!).
7. I successfully gave birth to the most precious and amazing baby boy with the company of my twin sister (eternally grateful huhu)
8. We went to and explored South Korea after 2 months.
9. We were literally concert (Shawn Mendes, The Vamps, DNCE, Dua Lipa, 5SOS, Daya, Zara Larsson, Lauv, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Sam Smith, LANY) musical (Sister Act, Sound of Music, Lion King), and Korean meetup buddies (Park Hyung-Sik & Nam Joo-Hyuk)
10. We are currently and delightfully connected with two different companies with waaay different industries and work shifts.

Basically, the listed above are the ones I could remember on an early morning. A lot has happened in a span of 3+ years. We traveled as much as we could; we ate all kinds of delicious food. A lot of ups and downs, and as cliché as it may sound, Life has indeed been a roller coaster ride. But it was a hell of a ride, I might say.

One with the Sky

Traveling has always been a staple activity for me, whether by land, sea, or on air. It is both a pleasure and a luxury that gives my mind and soul a piece of the country's treasures. Every time I ride on a plane, I would make sure I get to sit near the window. I do not know why but by just staring outside from the take-off up until the landing, there is something that makes me smile. Maybe enthrallment? It is not the butterflies-in-the-stomach feeling though. I cannot completely describe it but without a doubt, it is a good feeling, a good, good feeling.

The twins eventually had their dose of vitamin sea!

In the celebration of the 20th birthday of the double trouble, they got to finally have a small portion of freedom (or kinda-sorta-freedom as they call it) last August 18-20. This has to be their first-ever out-of-town adventure without being under their parents' supervision. As first-timers, they were pretty much excited to take on another chapter of their lives.
